2. Our commitment to team member data

Team member data belongs to the people it describes, and it exists to serve their manager — nothing else. To be unambiguous:

• We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute team member data to anyone.
• We do not use team member responses or insights to train, improve, or develop our models, algorithms, or any other product or feature.
• We do not use this data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to delivering insights to the manager who invited the participant.

Session responses are used for one thing: to generate the profile and coaching guidance for the manager who invited that team member. That's it.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information — such as your name, email address, and organization when you sign up.
• Session responses — the information team members provide during their guided session, including their motivations, goals, and preferences.
• Communications — anything you send us directly, such as support requests.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — how you interact with the Service, such as features used and pages visited.
• Device and log data — such as browser type, IP address, and timestamps.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate profiles and coaching guidance for the manager who invited each team member.
• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
• Communicate with you about your account and the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

As described in Section 2, team member responses are never used to train or improve our models, and are never repurposed beyond delivering insight to that team's manager.

5. How we share information

We do not sell or distribute personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• With the team's manager — session insights are made available to the manager who invited the participant. This is the entire purpose of the Service.
• With essential service providers — vendors (such as hosting) who help us operate the Service under strict confidentiality obligations, and who are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes.
• For legal reasons — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. For team members completing a session

If you've been invited to complete a session, the insights you provide are shared with the manager who invited you to support how they work with you. If you have questions about how your information will be used within your organization, contact the person who invited you.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information as described below.
